Creating Mailing Lists

Automatic List Creation Service

Please use the Automatic List Creation Service to create Athena or Mailman lists for all purposes (including course-related work). If you would like to have an MIT Class Participation List created (membership automatically generated from the Registrar's list of students enrolled in that class) please use the Class Participation List request form.

Problems?

If you run into problems with the automatic List Creation Service you can always fill out the form below and we will create the list for you. It will take slightly longer to get your list, but we will send you email when it is set up. If you ran into a specific error message or problem with the service please report it to accounts@mit.edu.
