Srvtab/Keytab Request Form
This form is to be used to request srvtabs/keytabs for hosts in .mit.edu only. By default, we will create a Kerberos 4 rcmd srvtab (used for remote access), with instructions on converting it to a Kerberos 5 keytab. If you need a different type of srvtab, or explicitly need a keytab instead, let us know in the comments.
