    (problems using a particular piece of software, software not running, etc.)

    (print queue problems, low paper/toner, etc.)

    (problems with flat panel displays, copy cams, etc.)

  5. Scheduling Issues
    (issues reserving the collaborative spaces or electronic classrooms)
