1. MSI Information
• Required minor changes mostly related to shortcuts and specifying our license server to vendor provided MSI (esri_arcdesktop_83 is MIT's version, ArcGIS is the original).
• 08.16.03 Changes:
• If you have installed prior to 08.16.03 you should uninstall all ESRI applications and install the newer files in the order they are listed below.
• Built a new MSI which contains SP2 and a missing font (esri_0.ttf).
• Built an additional MSI which contains required updates to windows systems files.
• There are 6 separate MSI's that you need to install which should be added to group policy in the order they appear here:
1. esri_arcinfo_windowsupdates_83\esri_arcinfo_windowsupdates_83.msi
2. esri_arcdesktop_83_1\arcgis\esri_arcdesktop_83_2.msi
3. esri_arcdesktop_83_1\arcobjects\DevSamples.msi
4. esri_arcdesktop_83_1\tutorial\Tutorial.msi
5. esri_arcdesktop_83_1\vba\ArcCatalog_vba.msi
6. esri_arcdesktop_83_1\vba\ArcMap_vba.msi
