- MSI Information
- According to documentation, knowledgebase articles and experience it is
impossible to build an MSI for rhino that does not ask for the serial key.
- Rhino3d provides an autoinstall tool which I incorporated into a batch
file which should be deployed as a startup script within group policy.
- To install use the install batch file Dfs\MSI\ACST\rhino3d_rhino_30\silent_install_rhino.bat
- For reference: the install command is: Setup Rhinoceros.exe
/autoinstall /key=****** /path="C:\Program Files\Rhinoceros 3.0"
- The service release 2 update has been incorporated into the batch file
as well, for reference the install command is: rh30sr_een_20030606a.exe
/autoinstall /key=****** /path="C:\Program Files\Rhinoceros 3.0"
- Configuration Issues.
