Rollout Phases

Current focus is on rollout of departmental NT, then rollout will proceed in phases:

  1. departmental clusters
  2. public cluster/classroom NT
  3. more comprehensive model rolls out in phases
    1. back-end work, only peripherally visible to users
    2. tackle group of policy and "islands of control"

Timeline Considerations:

Microsoft will ship October 29; contingent on this date, IS will deliver departmental clusters in 1/2000.
