It starts inevitably with Phone/email contact.
If visit request

- attendees

- receive completed questionnaire
- assesses information (content, if special presenter is needed)
- Ask "Can I help?"
- If yes
- contact the requestor
- set up appointment based on

- visitor availability
- If no
If facility request
- Conduct real-time assessment

- IS - no charge
- Non-IS, Non-libraries - internal fee schedule
- Outsiders - external fee schedule

Exceptions:
Some groups are more powerful than others, and may require special
attention (bumping usually happens at the request of a director.)
Problem groups require more monitoring, more close scrutiny in screening.
Some groups are required to pay for VCenter use - there are fewer incidents
of bumping these people.
