Party scene. Cindy and Christine standing in the center of the dance floor.
Guys dispersed around the edges of the dance floor. A cop stands
near the entrance. Van and Anne are just arriving at the door.
- Van: This must be the VSA dance. - Anne: This is so cool. I heard DJ Entropy is playing. He's such a stud. - Van: Yup, he's hot. How much does it cost to get in. - Anne: Don't worry, I've got you covered. Van and Anne entered. - Cindy: This is so boring. - Christine: Yeah, when are they going to start playing the music. Hip-hop music starts. Christine and Cindy start grooving. Tan and Long stand there watching. - Tan: I know milk does a body good, but dang! - Long: Hehehehe The guys slowly come out of their places, circling the girls. Some pretend they're uninterested, some pretend they're dancing. They keep getting closer and closer. - Christine: This is so creepy. All of a sudden the guys jump in the middle and start dancing crazy. Christine and Cindy scream and run out of the building. The guys look around and realize they are dancing with each other. They slowly withdraw back to the corners. Music still plays. - Anne: Ooh, party's just getting started. - Van: This is my favorite song. Let's go! Van and Anne starts dancing in the middle. Pretty soon the guys are circling them again. - Anne: This is so weird. - Van: It must be those MIT guys.
- Anne: Officer! - Cop: What can I do for you ladies? - Van: Those guys, they're harassing us. Him and him and him. - Cop: All right, I'll take care of it. Don't worry. The guys, still clustered around, vigorously deny. - Guys: They were hitting on us! Music starts up again. Cop starts tapping his foot, then tosses off his hat and jumps in front of the girls and starts dancing wildly. The other guys then join in. Van and Anne scream and run out. |
