You must inform MIT of your intention to accept, decline, or defer the admission offer. Please download the MIT Graduate Admissions Reply Form [58 K] and return via surface mail to:

before April 15. If you need additional time or if you wish to defer your admission, you will need to contact your department to discuss your options.
