I see some opportunities for joint orientation events in there between graduate and UG students. However, it is a commonly accepted (though trampled upon) agreement that the "second" week of orientation is of graduate student focus and they have first claim on physical resources on campus. Keep this in mind as you put together a schedule here. I think many of these ideas could result in welcoming activities that support the TF ideal of joint orientation among grad, undergrad and faculty. But I caution you to consider the impact of large events in the second week upon graduate student orientation. Thanks! Luis
