What is the AIAS?
We are one of the five collateral organizations representing different areas within
the field of architecture:
- ACSA (Association of Collegiate Schools of Architecture)
Non-profit organization to advance the quality of architectural education

Fellowship of members in the architecture profession
- AIAS (American Institute of Architecture Students)
We are an independent, non-profit, student-run organization serving
the needs of architecture students in the United States and Canada.
- NAAB (National Architectural Accrediting Board)
Ensures that professional architecture degree programs meet established
standards of educational achievement
- NCARB (National Council of Architectural Registration Boards)
Assists registration boards in administering Architectural Registration
Exam (ARE) and other certification requirements
