Co-stimulatory molecules
serve to enhance (CD28, ICOS) or inhibit (CTLA-4) TCR signals and also affect
cell cycle progression, differentiation, and anergy development. I am interested
in determining the effect of co-stimulation in the context of autoimmune
disorders.
