• I teach a gentle vinyasa yoga class on Fridays at 7:30 pm at the South Boston Yoga studio
    • Vinyasa means to flow. In vinyasa classes, postures flow from one to the next and are linked by breath. The class warms the body, creating strength and flexibility while reducing stress by quieting the mind. My classes are accessible to those with no or little yoga experience.
  • I am also assisting and taking David Vendetti's yoga teacher training.
