Alpha Phi always welcomes parents
We love our APhi moms and dads! So, we make sure to plan events for them throughout the school year. We are currently planning on hosting a variety of events during MIT's Family Weekend 2008 on October 17-19, including a dinner at our house where parents can tour our Kenmore Square brownstone, a family event like a visit to the MFA or a tour of the Back Bay area, and separate outings for parents to meet and socialize with each other.
We will post more details as the date approaches, so make sure to look back!
We would also love to have parents attend our other events. You are always welcome at our Homecoming BBQ in the fall, King of Hearts, a male beauty pageant in the Spring, and many others. Check the News and Events section for dates and details for upcoming events.
Also, let us know if you would like to volunteer at any of the events by sending an email to aphi-web@mit.edu.

The
Alpha Phi Mascot is the Phi Bear, named after Ursa Major, our constellation.
It was adopted in 1974.
