Every year approximately 1/4 of Burton-Conner’s population leaves and is replaced by an incoming set of freshmen. 

In a couple of months most of these freshmen have become an integral part of the floor culture.  In there 4 years at Burton-Conner they will become vital to the survival of floor and dorm culture. 

The i3 Video is released every year in an attempt to show freshmen what Burton-Conner is like so they can make an informed decision about where they want to live.
