Accomplished Wednesday:
 - Rear body seam finished
 - Firewall megapatch installed
 - Seat belt mounting holes plugged
 - Began fabrication of steering box (open-topped watertight enclosure
   around steering column in engine compartment)
 - Radiator stiffening bracket welded back on

Thursday plans:
 - Finish firewall
 - Attach front of car, install front pontoon structure
 - Cut metal for pontoon sides
 - Weld in floor studs for boltless mounting of front seat
 - Much more -- plenty of work for everyone!

Tools needed:
 - 4.5" cutting wheels and grinding wheels needed for angle grinder
 - Nicopress swaging tool (even the bolt-together type will work)
 - Offset-jaw aviation snips
 - Box fans (for keeping workers happy)

Materials needed:
 - Large, long pieces of relatively thin (e.g. file cabinet) sheet steel
 - Empty plastic bottles with screw-top lids (esp. 2-liter)
 - Empty water-cooler bottles (round style preferred)
 - Empty 55 gallon drums (metal or plastic)
