I am currently a computer science Ph.D. student in the EECS department at MIT. My primary research interest is computational biology, with a focus on developing and applying computational methods to study epigenomics, cell type differences, gene regulation, genetic variation, and evolutionary selection. I am advised by Manolis Kellis at MIT.

I previously received my M. Eng. in Computer Science Engineering from MIT in June 2011, and my B.S. in Computer Science Engineering with minors in Math and Music from MIT in June 2010.
