The Japanese pop group Chage and Aska contracted with Studio Ghibli to produce a music video for their song ``On your mark'', which Hayao Miyazaki directed. Miyazaki manages to pack an entire dystopian science fiction adventure film into the six minutes of this music video.
This film appeared theatrically as a short accompanying Mimi wo sumaseba (Whisper of the heart).
