• I'm making a documentary film. This should take over my life for the next three years. Here's the preliminary website.

  • Check out my first video. The assignment was to take five shots, each under ten seconds. No editting. It seems like quicktime ruined the video when it compressed it, but whatever... warning: this is a 36MB file!

  • Have returned from my Mexico cycling trip, Very Much Alive. View travelogue and pictures.

  • A modified version of my essay about Cambodia, called Eight Thousand Skulls, has been published online - with photographs - in Glimpse Magazine. Check it out.

  • Instead of studying for finals, I finally uploaded pictures of mine and Rich's motorcycle tour of Vietnam in May 2003. Isn't great how procrastination allows you to accomplish stupid things?

  • Wrote an article entitled Collateral Damage about my reaction to the election and the responsibility of every American citizen for the civilian deaths in Iraq - estimated to be at 100,000. Yes, that's FIVE zeros.
Anyway, read the article. It's short.

  • My photo from Russia entitled "Metro" from TrekEarth has been published in the winter edition of Glimpse magazine. If you're in NYC, you can pick it up at Kim's or St. Mark's bookshop...
  • or view my (poor scan) of the image.

  • Check out the October 2004 issue of Budget Travel, in the back (page 116 maybe?) for a picture of me straddling an elephant's face and the accompanying story.

I've finally scanned in the page from Budget Travel, click here to see it (a .pdf file). The second page shows the winning picture. Like I've said before... why did a photo of some woman lying under a sculpture of mosquito win? WTF?

  • Check out pictures from mine and Nadja's summer trip through Russia, Mongolia, China, and Burning Man here...
