How to choose a good password

First and foremost, you should never share your password with anyone,
nor should you write it down. No legitimate MIT Department, Lab or
Center will ever ask you for your password, and IS&T does not need
your password for any reason. Do not respond to any e-mails
requesting your password or other personal information. Remember,
*YOU* are assumed to be responsible for anything done using your
password.

A good password is something which is easy for you to remember, but
that people who know you won't easily guess; so don't use your name,
or your dog's name, or a word from the dictionary. Kerberos passwords
must be at least 6 characters long, and must contain at least 2
character classes (such as upper case letters, lower case letters,
numbers, and punctuation).
