I have forgotten my MASTER PASSWORD or I don't remember setting one

If you're having trouble getting certificates to work with WebSIS or
other certificate-protected services, or you have forgotten your
"Master Password", the following steps will likely fix the problem:

NOTE: If you have chosen to have your web browser "remember" usernames
and passwords for websites, those will be lost.

1) Completely quit your web browser (Firefox or Mozilla), including
any windows you may have minimized. If you're not sure how to do
this, you can simply log out, and log back in.

2) At the athena% prompt, type "athrun infoagents zap-certs" and press Enter.

3) You will be asked if you want to delete your Firefox and/or Mozilla
certificates. You should answer 'y' to each question.

4) Open your web browser.

5) Go to http://web.mit.edu/ist/topics/certificates/ and follow the
instructions to get first an MIT site certificate and then a personal
   certificate.

6) When getting your personal certificate, you will be asked to set a
new password. This password is used to protect your certificate,
and is unrelated to your Athena password, though you may choose to set
   it to be the same.
