"NOTHING HAPPENS" ERROR when using CERTIFICATES or WEBSIS
If you are unable to get into WebSIS beyond the initial pages, with no
obvious error messages, this may be because you do not have javascript
enabled. Check the Network Preferences/Languages option, and make
sure that "enable javascript" is pressed (the button is dark and looks
pushed-in).
