Using Emacs in other LANGUAGES

Emacs can be used with a variety of languages other than English.
Mule, or the Multilingual Environment, is packaged with emacs on
Athena, and can be accessed under the "Options->Mule (Multilingual
Environment)" submenu.

To start inputting in a different language, you will first need to set
the language environment in the Mule menu and then toggle to the
desired input method. Some useful key bindings that might help (these
commands are also accessible through the Mule menu):

C-\ Toggle input method (usually between English and the
		foreign language you selected)

C-h I Describe input method (displays the keyboard layout for
		an input method)
