What the "!ocd" key bindings mean

All frame commands have a keyboard shortcut in addition to the
menu-driven interface.  These are listed in each menu to the right of
the command name, in a format like "!ocd".  For "!" you can use either
Escape or control-r, so you could type the above key sequence with
	escape o c d
	  or 
	Control-r o c d
A few shortcuts are of the form "^?" instead - the "^" stands for
"control" so the example would be a control-?.

Note that the shortcuts are capitalization sensitive; !gr is different
from !gR
