How to FORCE a PAGE BREAK

In order to force a page break in a document, hit return to start a
new paragraph.  This paragraph will be on the current page.

Now select "Page Break" from from the "Special" menu or use the keyboard
shortcut Control-r spb to get the Page Break menu. Select "At Top
of Next Available: Page" and hit set. Your cursor should now be
at the top of a new page.
