Changing TABLE margins
The Table Designer options allow you to adjust the margins for a text
column, since Frame treats each text column as a cell in a table.
You can change the alignment of the text (top, middle, and bottom), as
well as the margins, which are specified relative to the boundaries of
the table (or column).
