Using EUDORA for mail

Many users of Macs and PCs prefer to use Eudora for mail instead of
the software available on athena. The most important thing to
remember when choosing to use Eudora is that your mail will be stored on
the local machine (the Mac or PC), not in your athena account. Mail
stored in Eudora cannot be accessed from athena, and vice versa.

For information on setting up your personal computer to use Eudora,
and downloadable software (MIT only) consult the following web page:
	http://web.mit.edu/is/help/eudora/
For help using Eudora, contact the Computing Help Desk (253-1101 for
Macs, 253-1102 for PCs).
