REPORTING Problems with Equipment
If you'd like to report a problem with a piece of Athena equipment, please
call the Hardware Hotline at x3-1410. You'll be able to leave a
message on the answering machine. If you prefer, you can send e-mail to
"hotline".
Whether calling or writing, be sure to include the name of the
machine, the room number (if necessary), and a description of the problem.
It helps if you can determine which specific machine is having problems,
but if you can't do that, please report the problem anyway.
