Printing PC-generated PostScript files

If you are trying to print a PostScript file that was generated on a PC,
by programs like Microsoft Word or others, and you are getting nothing but
the cover page, try examining the file to see if it has a control-D
character at the beginning. If so, you should remove it. To do so, load
the file in emacs, and just delete the first character, if it looks like
^D.

If that doesn't help, the problem might be harder to fix. Please refer
