Who is the RCC for my dorm? While we try to assign RCCs to particular dorms, any RCC may cover any dorm at any time. Therefore, we prefer that all RCC requests, questions, comments or concerns should go through our web interface. You can reach our web interface at http://rcc.mit.edu/ You may want to look at our web pages first and see if your question is answered there. Our we pages are located at: http://web.mit.edu/rescomp/www/ You can reach MIT's Residential Computing Supervisors by sending email to rccsuper@mit.edu . You must have an Athena account to request a connection to the the network in your dorm. Therefore, you may use an Athena workstation to submit your request. If you do not have access to a web browser, you can call us at x8-9444 to leave us a message or submit a request. (If you use x8-9444, it could take us a while to get back to you) |
