Automatic reboot failed (UNRECOVERABLE ERRORS) A workstation sometimes displays the message: Unrecoverable filesystem errors Please contact Athena Operations Halting machine... ...after it has crashed. This usually happens when a workstation fails its filesystem check after rebooting. When you get that message, you should report the problem to the Athena Hardware Hotline (x3-1410 or send mail to "hotline@mit.edu (from another workstation)). |
