Dr. Hassan Hassan Ali

Dr. Hassan Ali, is a distinguished Professor of Anesthesia at the MGH, Harvard Medical School. He completed his residency at Kasr El-Einy University Hospital in Cairo and a fellowship at the MGH. Dr. Ali has received many awards and honors throughout his career including a University Postgraduate Award in Medicine at the University of Liverpool and the Henry K Beecher Clinical Teacher Award. He has also presided on numerous editorial boards of distinguished anesthesia journals including Anesthesiology and Anesthesia and Analgesia. Dr. Ali has made important contributions to the field of anesthesia--most notably in the field of neuromuscular blockade and monitoring by assessment of response of a train of forstimulation. His seminal work on Anesthesiology is used worldwide to teach the subject.
