MIT ASO mailing listsThe ASO mailing lists reflect the three levels of involvment and commitment in ASO activities. You decide where you fit 1. Events announcement list (I just want to hear about your event)This will be the formal MIT ASO announcement mailing list. It is used for announcing events sponsored by the MIT only. It is open to everyone. Nobody can send a direct email to it, except ASO officers. So, it will be a very low traffic mailing list. We will not send announcements to this list to events that do not have the MIT ASO as a co-sponsor. 2. General announcement list (I want to help by doing small tasks, but I am too busy to organize anything right now)Read the Arab Announce archive This list is open to MIT students and MIT Alumni interested in helping organize ASO activities. The ASO meeting Agenda's are announced on this list and so are requests for volunteers. If you would like to send a message to arab students at MIT you should send it to this list and not to the Events announcement list. 3. ASO committee list (You can count on me to plan and organize events)Talk to the ASO officers and the ASO student committee members. Meeting minutes go out on this list. To join this list you must attend a minimum number of executive committee meetings. Members of this list form the executive committee and have ASO voting rights. To contact the officers please email: arab comm with a dash (-) between the two words
