LTC Timothy Hall
Lieutenant Colonel Timothy J. Hall joined the Paul Revere Battalion in June of 2008. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Systems in Engineering (Operations Research) from the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York, and a master of science degree in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology. He received a Regular Army Commission in the Corps of Engineers in June 1991. His military education includes the Engineer Officer Basic Course, Engineer Officer Advanced Course, Combined Arms Services and Staff School, and the Command and General Staff College.

MSG Robert Hinkle
Master Sergeant Robert L. Hinkle enlisted in the United States Army in October 1986. He received his Basic and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Leonard, Mo. During his service, Master Sergeant Hinkle has held numerous leadership positions which include: team leader; squad leader; recruiter; platoon sergeant; operations sergeant; senior instructor; and first sergeant.
His previous assignments include 20th Engineer Battalion, Fort Campbell, Ky; 16th Engineer Battalion, Furth, Germany; 8th Engineer Battalion, Fort Hood, Tx; 91st Engineer Battalion, Fort Hood, Tx; St Louis Recruiting Battalion, St Louis, Mo; 10th Engineer Battalion, Fort Stewart, Ga; 2nd Engineer Battalion, Camp Castle, Korea; III Corps NCO Academy, Fort Hood, Tx; 4-64 Armor, Fort Stewart,Ga; and Headquarters Company 4th Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Ga.
His operational deployments include Operation Desert Shield/Storm, Operation Iraqi Freedom 05-06 and Operation Iraqi Freedom 07-09.
He has completed the Air Assault School, Recruiting and Retention School, Small Group Instructor Course, Instructor Training Course, Warrior Leader Course, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (Distinguished Honor Graduate), and the Advanced Non-Commissioned Officer Academy (Distinguished Honor Graduate).

MAJ Deidre Perrin
Major Deidre Perrin joined the Paul Revere Battalion in February of 2008. She serves as the Battalion Recruiting Operations Officer. Major Perrin holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. She was commissioned into the Ordnance Corps in June of 1985. Her military education includes the Ordnance Officer Basic Course, Ordnance Advanced Course, Combined Arms and Services Staff School, and the Equal Opportunity Officer Course. Her previous assignments include Platoon Leader in the 704th Main Support Battalion, Ft Carson, CO, Personnel Officer in the Division Support Command, 3rd Armored Division, Frankfurt, Germany, Company Commander of the 110th Maintenance Co, Maintenance Officer in the 167th Corps Support Group, and Recruiting Operations Officer at the University of New Hampshire.
Major Perrin’s awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, the Army Reserve Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, and the Overseas Service Ribbon.
Major Perrin enjoys spending her off time with her husband of 21 years and their three daughters.

CPT Nicholas Griffiths
Captain Nicholas A. Griffiths is a native of New York City and a 2001 graduate of Fordham University. Upon graduation, he was commissioned through Army ROTC as a 2nd Lieutenant, branched Armor and attended the Armor Officer Basic Course (AOBC) at Fort Knox KY. Following AOBC he was assigned to Eagle Troop, 2nd Cavalry Regiment, Fort Polk LA as a Scout Platoon Leader from August 2002 until July 2004. While serving with the 2nd Cavalry Regiment, he deployed to Iraq as part of OIF-I. Following his service with 2nd Cavalry, he attended the Armor Captains’ Career Course at Fort Knox KY and was assigned to Combined Forces Command – Afghanistan (CFC-A), where he served as Senior Watch Officer in Kabul from February 2005 - February 2006. After his service with CFC-A, he attended the Cavalry Leaders Course at Fort Knox KY and reported to the 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division, Fort Carson CO where he served as the Apache Troop Commander from 24 May 2006 – 1 April 2008. While in Command of Apache Troop, CPT Griffiths served in Iraq for a second time from October 2006 – January 2008. CPT Griffiths reported to the Paul Revere Battalion on May 1st 2008 where he serves as the Battalion Executive Officer and MS II instructor.
Captain Griffiths’ awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (with 2 Oak Leaf Cluster), the Meritorious Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Army Service Ribbon, the Overseas Service Ribbon (numeral 3), the Ranger Tab and the Parachutist Badge.

CPT Mark A. Chaney
Captain Mark A. Chaney assumed his present position as Assistant Professor of Military Science and Training Officer at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in March 2007. Upon graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, in 1999 he received a commission as an Infantry officer. He served six years on Active Duty, and is currently an officer in the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
Captain Chaney has served in several leadership and instructing positions throughout his career. They include: Rifle Platoon Leader, B Company, 1st Battalion, 15th Infantry; Heavy Mortar Platoon Leader; Battalion Adjutant; and Rifle Company Executive Officer, each with the 3rd Infantry Division at Fort Benning, Georgia. His last Active Duty assignment was as an Academic Instructor and Tactical Officer at the Officer Candidate School at Fort Benning. In addition to his duties at MIT, he is currently the Commander of D Company (Heavy Weapons), 1st Battalion, 181st Infantry, 26th Brigade Combat Team, headquartered in Hudson, Massachusetts.
Captain Chaney holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy. He is a graduate of the US Army Infantry Captains’ Career Course, the Cadet Command Faculty Development Course, and several other Army leadership courses and schools. He has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (Kuwait), Operation Inspired Gambit (Pakistan), and Operation Iraqi Freedom (Iraq).
His military decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, the Purple Heart Medal, the Army Commendation Medal with one oak leaf cluster, the Army Achievement Medal with one oak leaf cluster, the National Defense Service Medal with one bronze star, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, the Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary and Service Medals, and the Presidential Unit Citation. Captain Chaney has earned the Combat Infantryman’s Badge and the Parachutist’s Badge.
Captain Chaney enjoys spending his off time hiking, camping, vacationing with his wife and traveling to visit family and friends in Illinois and Colorado.

Norman Michaud
Norman Michaud joined the Paul Revere Battalion in August of 2005. He serves as the battalion’s Human Resource Assistant.
He is a graduate of Providence College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts, and is a former noncommissioned officer of the United States Army. Mr. Michaud’s military education includes 13B Field Artilleryman Course, Ft Sill, OK, 71L Administrative Specialist Course, Ft. Jackson, SC, Drill Sergeant School and Infantry Mortarman Platoon Officer’s Course, Ft. Benning, GA, and Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course, Ft Benjamin Harrison, IN.
Prior to the Paul Revere Battalion, Mr. Michaud worked for the Army ROTC at Providence College. Other assignments include the Defense Mapping School, Ft. Belvoir, VA, Headquarters, Berlin Brigade, Berlin, Germany, and as a Drill Sergeant, Infantry School, Ft Benning, GA. Mr. Michaud retired from active duty in May of 1997, after 24 years of service.
His decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, the Joint Defense Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the National Defense Medal, and the Good Conduct Medal and Drill Sergeant Badge.
Mr. Michaud enjoys working on aircraft models, his yard and fine dining in his spare time.

Lisa Morin
Lisa Morin joined the Paul Revere Battalion in January of 2008. She serves as the Battalion’s Senior Administrative Assistant.
She holds a BS in Criminal Justice from Stonehill College. Prior to the Paul Revere Battalion, Mrs. Morin served in administrative positions in finance and non-profit areas.
Mrs. Morin enjoys traveling with her husband, sewing and craft activities in her spare time.

CPT Luke Devlin (USAR)
Captain Luke Devlin joined the Paul Revere Battalion in January 2008. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Military Science responsible for instructing the Military Science I class.
Captain Devlin graduated from the Western New England College, Springfield, MA in 2002 with a BS in Criminal Justice. Upon graduation he attended the Armor Officer Basic Course at Fort Knox, KY. CPT Devlin was then assigned as a Tank Platoon Leader in the 3rd Squadron 7th Cavalry of the 3rd Infantry Division. He was then promoted to a Scout platoon Leader and later to a Troop Executive Officer in the 3rd Squadron 7th Cavalry. CPT Devlin deployed twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003 and 2005. His next assignment was as a program manager for the 94th Regional Readiness Command at Fort Devens, MA. He is currently working in the Financial Services Industry in the Greater Boston Area.
Captain Devlin’s decorations include the Bronze Star Medal (one oak leaf cluster) Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, and the Presidential Unit Citation. CPT David Gowel
Captain Dave Gowel joined the Paul Revere Battalion in April 2007 and serves as an Assistant Professor of Military Science in the U.S Army Reserves, responsible for instructing the Military Science I class.
Captain Gowel graduated from the United States Military Academy, West Point, NY in June, 2002 with a BS in Economics. Upon graduation he attended the Armor Officer Basic Course and Ranger School in Ft. Benning, GA prior to serving as an armor platoon leader in Iraq and company executive officer in Baumholder, Germany with the 2nd Brigade, 1st Armored Division. Prior to leaving Germany, CPT Gowel served as the Deputy Chief of the Executive Services Division for United States Army Europe Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany and graduated from the Maneuver Captains’ Career Course in Ft. Knox, KY in March, 2008.

SSG Charles Andrews (ARNG)
SSG Andrews joined the Paul Revere Battalion in January 2009. He serves as the Assistant S-3 and as the Reserve Component Liaison. He currently serves as a Squad Leader in his National Guard unit. His previous assignments include Infantry Team Leader in the 101st Airborne Infantry, Infantry Squad Leader in the 4th Infantry Division, Operations NCO and Section Leader in the 1-182nd Cavalry. He has been deployed to Kuwait, Iraq, Cuba, and Kosovo.
SSG Andrews has attended PLDC, BNCOC, Total Army Instructor school, Small Group Instructor, UN Weapons Instructor school, and other military school. He is currently pursuing a BS in English Literature.
SSG Andrews' awards include numerous campaign ribbons, AAMs, and the Expert Infantryman's Badge.
