Meeting Schedule
The ASA Executive Board meets approximately every other week during the academic year (fall and spring semesters). The board is inactive over the summer, and does not meet during vacations and holidays.
General Body Meetings
At least one General Body Meeting of all student group leaders is held per term. Email notification of the date of the meeting is sent to all ASA member activities at least two weeks prior to the meeting date, and is also posted on our home page.

- 7:30 PM (check-in starts at 7:00 PM)
New Group Application Deadlines
New group petition deadlines for the 2009-2010 school year are:
- Friday, October 2
- Friday, November 13
- Friday, February 12
- Friday, April 2
