Meeting Schedule

The ASA Executive Board meets approximately every other week during the academic year (fall and spring semesters). The board is inactive over the summer, and does not meet during vacations and holidays.

General Body Meetings

At least one General Body Meeting of all student group leaders is held per term. Email notification of the date of the meeting is sent to all ASA member activities at least two weeks prior to the meeting date, and is also posted on our home page.

Spring 2008 General Body Meeting

• Monday, March 10th
• 26-100
• 7:00 PM (check-in starts at 6:30 PM)
• We will be holding elections for ASA Executive Board positions. If you are considering running, please see the Description of ASA Positions and Projects.

New Group Application Deadlines

New group petition deadlines for the 2007-2008 school year are:

• Friday - Sept. 28, 2007
• Friday - Nov. 9, 2007
• Friday - Feb. 15, 2008
• Friday - April 4, 2008
