Execboard meeting 10/6/94

Called to order 19:07

Attendance:  Greg, Matt,Rebecca,Kent,Doug

New Filing System:  1) New Activity  - goes in top bin of the clear stack
with an approval list, after 2 people review, move them down.  Other
forms go in appropriately marked bins.

	
	Activity Workshops:  10/13  Thursday 5:30-7:30   Greg
			     10/17  Monday  7:00-8:30    Doug
			     10/23  Sunday  2:30-4:00    Matt

	General Body meeting 11/1 19:00

	Kent - Walker Report:  SFX moved out!!! But they moved into
Voodoo office - bad.  Kent will figure out if they are trespassing or
"staying with Rune" .

	Safe Walk  - why should they be recognized?  They should just be
a sub-committee of the UA

	New Business:  Activities requesting recognition:  Association of
Mexican Students at MIT - Why aren't they part of Lucha?   Seem to be a
duplicate request, will ask them to specify how they are different. 


	Asian American Caucus:   Now Recognized!		

	MIT/Wellesley Toons:  Recognized

	MIT Chinese Choral Society:  Don't we have enough Chinese groups
already?    Problems:  no hardship clause, didn't specify that president
must be a student.   Granted Provisional Recognition

	Stuy Web:  NO - Doesn't fit within the ASA parameters for a
student group.
