Execboard Meeting

	called to order 17:06
attendance:	Greg,Matt, Rebecca,Roger,Doug,Kent

Old business:  Greg will be serving on CAC advisory board
	       Greg has been doing de-recognition for non-meeting
attendance, but is not done yet
	       Bulletin Board allocations during and after IAP

	Summer Mailing Issue: gee, Art Smith is leaving after next term....

	Proposal: We organize an optional mailing of flyers during the
summer for whoever wants.  We have $3000 to play with.  Book would be
published and handed out during R/O week. 

	Better idea: Book, should be published every year.  Every group
must get at least 1 full page.  Suggestion; Groups could pay extra to put
in a flyer, newspaper etc. with the book.  Part of the book should be how
to get additional information from Athena.

	Problem: Dean Smith's office objects to flyers because they want
to review all of them for "content" prior to mailing them and they don't
want to bother.  So we need to find some way to satisfy them that the
flyers will be in in time to be reviewed etc.   For that matter, how many
flyers would there be if everyone already has a page in the book?


	So final proposal is book with possibility of flyers IF the
groups print the flyers, provide them to the Dean's office for review at
least N days before mailing, pay for additional postage AND stuff the
envelopes themselves.

	Recognitions:  Associate Advising Steering Committee Need a
hazing form and signature list but are now recognized as a CLASS II

	Walker Steering committee:  Kent will be the ASA rep

	Next meeting January 30th
