	Old Business:

	Bulletin board allocations: Need to find out exactly what we own.

	Stuy Web - has petitioned for recognition - lots of signatures.
Their basic arguement is that they are similar to the Chinese Students
association, Mexican students etc.    We think not- the ethnic groups
have a stated purpose of promoting awareness of their culture on campus
through music, public events etc.  These guys just want to hang out.
Again, denied

	Venezuelan Student's Association:  Application looks good - only
missing the 5 or 50% of the members must be MIT students clause.
Provisionally recognized for 2 weeks pending a new constitution. 

	Bhakti Yoga:  Yet another constitution - this one looks good,
haven't had time to review it yet .  Also, there is already a "Science of
Bhakti Yoga Club", Sean Carolan needs to prove distinction between clubs. 

	Romanian Students - Got all the information, but they do have a
"Voting members must be Romanian Clause" in the constitution.  - Not sure
if this is legal.  Ask first if they will just change the clause,
otherwise we'll have to consult the legal gurus.

	Next meeting in 2 weeks (President's Day) same time and place
