Bulletin Boards: Board Tzar Jeremy was knighted and told to make
	recommendations and return to ExecBoard when completed.

Amendements: Failed GSC, UA is academic, but useful.  Discussed what
	course of action we should take in response to our losing
	the amendments.

Groups: Robotics and Electronics Coop, New Life Oikos Fellowship and Keys
	requested recognition.  They all had problems, so email was sent
	to them to fix them. [ed. - REC and Oikos shortly fixed their
	problems and were recognized.]
