We need to get out a GBM announcement on the 20th.  Please think of items
for the agenda.  So far it is :

  Elections
  Rooming Presentation
  Change Rooming Policy (protest deadline from 3 weeks to 1 week)
  Paper Mail Amendment
  
We also need to meet with RCA/CAC for appeals.  Please email me which
date is best for you out of Feb 21, 22 or 29th from about 5 to 7pm.

You also need to make sure you have met with your group of three by next
friday and come up with a tentative rooming plan.  The tentative time is
still friday at 2pm, but I am going to look to see if I can move it so
that roopom can make it...
