1. "Color Creations" not recognized due to constitutional problems.

2. Groups derecognized in accordance with Section 4, Paragraphs 1 and 3 of
   the ASA Constitution: 

   Section 4 -- Derecognition 
   1. Any ASA recognized activity not meeting its responsibilities as set
   forth in this constitution and the policies of the ASA may be subject to
   derecognition.
   3. The ASA Executive Committee may derecognize any activity not meeting
   its responsibilities as defined in ARTICLE IV, Section 3, by providing
   one month written notice at the activity's most recent mailing address.

1. Rooming, cleaning SAO, moving groups, possible SHPE roadbump?

2. Bank Accounts (Doug, Jeremy, Russell, et al), meetings reconvening.

3. Midway, (Jeremy) will munge discuss meeting.  We are getting requests,
   and will make a first pass talking to people in CAC.

4. Summer Mailing (Bill), Got quotes from Graphic Arts [$6400+$1000],
   Kinkos [$6000 color, $5100 b&w], Quick Copy [$6000].  Will contact
   Charles River Publishing for quote.  Looking to print 1500, hoping to
   contact OME, Sloan, and Grad Dean to hopefully sell more copies to
   reduce our "per copy" cost.

5. M.I.T. Organization Chart (Kim).
