NEXT MEETING : MAY 30th at 7pm - We'll be determining the summer schedule
  at this meeting.

Meeting was opened at 5:37 with Ruffles, Sour Cream and Onion Dip and Coke.

Will be here for the summer :
  Doug, Jeremy, Kent, Russell, Kim, April, Bill


I]   Four Groups requested recognition :

  1] Shokotan Karate : seriously lacking constitution.  Russell will take care
   of it.

  2] Club Chem : provisionally recognized (missing anti-disc. and 5/50)

  3] Italian Students : provisionally recognition (missing officer removal)

  4] Committee for a Better R/O : provisionally recognition (missing petition)

II]  Mailing :
  
  Cover will need to be in earlier than rest of book.  Bob from Turley
   is going to call bill tommorow.

  OME hasn't gotten back to bill.

  We will need a photo-ready copy of every page in the book.

  WE will send email about when and where we are meeting.

III] Midway :

  We have over 130 requests, probably about 110 unique groups.

  We will set up a mailing list for midway summer contacts.
  
  We will possibly have a meeting to discuss noise issues
    during june or july.

  Groups will be fined $25 per table if they don't show up.


IV]  MIT Card :

  MIT Card Office reversed the ability for non-mit people to get
    cards.

  Jeremy will look into this over the summer.

V]   Thursday Night Dinners :

  R/O thinks it's done.  We don't.  Neither does Margaret.


Meeting closed at 6:28 with no chips, a little dip and a bit of Coke left.
