Off the tips of my fingers.  ASA Execboard Meeting.  Started 17:20.
To save time, these minutes are not double checked for typos, spelling
or accuracy.  Keep out of reach of children.  Your mileage may vary.

In attendance: Doug Wyatt, Kent Lundberg, Bill Gehrke, Greg Penn,
Kimberly Miller.

Business of the day:

1. Babylon 5 fan club woo woo has not yet applied for recognition.

2. Recognized Field Hockey Club, MIT Medical Congress, Brazilian MBA Club.

3. The Equestrian Club's Constitution was sent back because we weren't
comfortable with the wording of their hardship cause stuff.  Doug will
look for more clarification from some Dean about this.

4. People should take some time to review groups' bulletin board space
before Friday for the next meeting.

4a. We have more bulletin board space to distribute.

5. Doug will send email to groups who did not attend the last meeting
and warn them that they will be derecognized if they do not attend this one.



Next meeting Thursday October 17 5pm.
