early returns allocation

*  groups who get one: sca, ccf, mitaah, csc, saas, sangam, anime, save,
lucha, cbf, hansori, swe, cross products, apa  (van will mail early return
to them if russ gives her the addresses)

some missing addresses & other info.  some groups are within traveling
distance.  officier will be emailed about extra returns as well as hounded
for summer adresses. 

note for next year: add "why" to early return request form.  

yay!  matt, sarah carlson, stacey blau, and russel got the activites book
out!  =)
