meeting called at 8:22 pm
in attendence: russel, van, matt, eddie, susan, geoffrey (wow, people)

*apple student advocate group*
they're pissed cuz they missed the summer mailing =P
but there's not much we can do for them

*midway*
eddie- having hard time reaching people (half on vacation), mike foley esp hard to get,
	but he is around... academic midway wants to write voucher for chairs, etc
	asa acount # 10818, so cac hasn't been reached, i/s and mcc are sharing booth,
	russ will talk to katie about form for johnson, phys plant ?  confused about
	what we need to do with them so just go thru cac (mike foley), av suggested
	that we lock equip up for one night and then get them picked up - less exp
	alum is doing phone home thing, mit.japan program not receptive, student art
	assoc - student group or what? (russ checking with ted johnson)

*recognitions*
project health - didn't recognize last time because their purpose seemed to overlap
	with other med stuff.  they sent a response back....
	russ feels that we should invite them to next meeting to hear them, but gut
	feeling is that they are not much differnent
women's alliance - no other women's group aimed at students so kosher
	messy constitution - ask them to clean it up

*derecognitions*
student center committee - died last year 
mit bicycle club
 
must give paper warning and then dereognize them

none have updated their info, so must try to get in touch with them or derecognize

meet with project health, talk midway, tour bulletin boards

office allocations starts in the fall

also, must go thru office space requests
