meeting called before i showed up (before 8:25pm) oops
in attendence: russel, van, eddie, susan, geoffrey

*apple student advocate group*
=P silly mess...  =P  okay, one final email

*midway*
eddie - had meeting with mike foley, he'll take care of everything (tables, chairs) so
we don't need to deal with phy plant  =)  get him plans by
the 20th. tables are 6'X2' (3' high), athletics midway contact hasn't been reached, things
are set w/ a/v, other groups - half are done, half in process, mit japan - can't find
$250 but price is negotiable (may ask them to pay fro price of table [ua is paying but
only for student groups])
eddie going away to ca, coming back tuesday evening

russ - talk to ted johnson about cac groups, commercial ones will pay to be at midway

floorplans - van will deal with it =)

geoffrey - asked about finding out what groups are mostly grad...

project health - see below

apple group - tresurer appointed - email them that treasurer should be elected

*bulletin board*

okay, not this time, but by next week, look at the boards and note which haven't
changed.  bring notes to next time

*womens' project health*

pooja & anita - premed and  mit medical congress doesn't haven't mentorship program,
premed association is an information to get info from.  project health is not solely
for premed students.  five serivce programs are different too.  mission to combine
service and advocacy, different from other two groups.  program will be running this
fall regardless of whether it will be a student run organization.  the bmc mentorship
as also really helpful.  

this can't be done as a part of med congress cuz it's a up and coming program at
harvard already and it wouldn't work as a small part of an existing organization.  also
it's also important to maintain the name "project health."  we want to attract diverse
group of students, and project health is more a service org than premedical society. 
want to avoid stigma of premed orgs.

want asa recognition for more visibility, logistics, ability to reserve rooms etc.

us - pro - they're really excited, with a large amount of money - be hard to deal with
	   under say psc... 
     con - they're not much different, a little too optimistic about their success.

result: we will recognize them =)
