Off the tips of my fingers.  ASA Execboard Meeting.  Started 8:25.
To save time, these minutes are not double checked for typos, spelling
or accuracy.  Keep out of reach of children.  Your mileage may vary.

In attendance: Russell, Van Susan, Ed, Geoff, Matt (,Doug)

Discussed Extropians : Decided to call them in to a meeting to discuss
the situation before acting on their request for recognition.

Discused Board Space : Went through list of all groups that deserve warnings:
  CAST, Greece, ISA, BGSA, LUChA, SHPE, Brazill, KSA, Circle-K
  SWE, SAVE, Amnesty, Libertarians

These groups need to move
  Dramashop, Outing Club, Sports Car, Skydiving, Pagans

Arabs and Koreans are going to lose their space.

We are giving away 28b 29a

*more on extropians: we're 99% sure they sent the freshman their mailing after believe
expressly told by mit to not do so.  they will be called before the judiciary board
(us) at the next meeting

*killian kick-off: russ is writing up rules to minimize russhing by student groups at
the carnival

*midway: 

eddie has talked to most people, except for cps, galleria, mit catering and athletic
	midway people
russ wants to form a policy about non-student groups participating in the midway for
	future ease.

to be done: layout - russ will do spreadsheet of midway requests, russ van and eddie
	will meet this saturday @ 2pm to finalize plans

*recognitions: finally recognize apple after long, arduous months
	reconize women in chemistry

*derecognitions: must wait 2 more week to kill these groups =(

*quote of the meeting: russ "do you think hindus are bad?"


next meeting: (monday 6pm)

go over response from bulletin board emails
talk to extropians (ryan, jason, han)
finalize midway plans
