Bulletin boards:

SAAS was given a warning 3 weeks ago about no activity or contact
information. Now they have a poster for an event, but still no contact
information. Give them another warning for contact info, and then take
it if they don't comply.

LuCha was given a warning, and we took their board away because we
didn't think they'd complied. They say they did, and we, um, might
have screwed up.
Much discussion ensues.
Miscellaneous: did Grad Hillel usurp Pugwash's board space?
Hansori has KSA's old board, which KSA isn't vacating. Kill a few
birds with one stone: Kick Grad Hillel out of Pugwash, put Hansori in,
put LuCha in KSA, KSA finally gets nuked. Yay.

To avoid future LuCha type problems in the future, ASA should get a
Polaroid camera and photograph boards.

GAMIT: it's a single unit board, but acts like two. February posters
in November suck, but since nobody's got a key until January, don't
fight over it yet. Probation? Punt? What?
Much discussion ensues.
Van arrives 1931. Hi Van!
Let them keep board until lock change, and be on severe probation. No
more chances. Get in their face until they get a new lock. A lot.
Like, updates every six hours and stuff.

BSU has the same event-but-no-contact problem as SAAS. Warn them

Enough boards. No more boards. NO MORE BOARDS! And now for something
completely different.... Office reallocations! Oh good grief.

A Walker tour happened. Nobody brought a list of Walker allocations,
so we don't know who isn't in all those empty offices.
Small Activities Office: it's full of random stuff. We should maybe
put really big lockers in there to organize it? Where do we have
storage, anyway? Can we take MIT storage lockers for the theatre
storage room in basement Walker and put a group in there?

IFC wants an office. Panhel has a storage room for nonresidential
sororities; it's not an office. Iddo wants one because they're being a
lot more active now with alcohol and not getting killed and stuff, and
they need a place to meet and organize and stuff. Currently, they're
using the TCA office.
Speaking of which, what the heck is TCA doing in there? Huh? And why
doesn't TCA have updated information? Like AXO has a house? And
activities have different contacts? And, and, and we should deal with
TCA later.
We should give IFC an office. But how? We could kick everyone else out
of TCA (Sangam uses it too). We could take Panhel out of their closet
and put them with IFC and move Sangam in there. Loud hue and cry
raised by Van on behalf of Theta, rest of board flees in terror.
Anyway, whom can we kick out? Much discussion ensues. We're flummoxed.
Move TCA to Walker after a warning. Deal with Sangam somehow.

Small Activities Office. Field trip!
We go there. It's a mess. Well, it's not a mess, it's just full of a
bunch of stuff that we can't figure out what the heck is up with a lot
of it. Some of it belongs to groups who don't even exist any more. We
should have them all come in sometime and claim their stuff and trash
what doesn't belong to anyone. And it keeps getting infested by
Extropians. Ewww. We should change the locks.
