Early Returns: we have received confirmations.  We will snail mail the
confirmed card and form letter.

Recognitions: 

Consulting Club: Career services issues?  Too limited of a scope?
brians will mail to samjah: we will not recognize your group now.
Talk to Career Services, Sloan CDO, SUMA.

MIT Futurists: Former Extropians.  Will not recognize because does not
require officers to be MIT students.  brians will email.

Sahaj Yoga: Will reply to mail.  If she produces 5 MIT student
members, we will uncomment sahaj in
/mit/asa/Groups/new_recognized_groups and also change the locker from
rupinder to sahaj.  brians will email.

Tsinghua: Will not recognize because of too many problems.  brians
will email.

SAD: Off to printer.  annakben will talk to PSB and find out when it
is coming, and to where (ideally before friday, and to w20-401).

Summer mailing: Need to wait for SADs to come in.  Will give packet to
Liz Cogliano Young (7-104, ecy@mit) on Friday or whenever the SAD
comes in, whichever is earlier.  All things in this packet will go out
and groups will pay; no others will be allowed.  rgresh will approve
for content.  madmatt will give all knowledge to jcberk on mailing.
Stuffing is June 30, we think.  we'll check.  We will have good
accounting procedures.  

Official mail: Brian will send it around June 22 or so.  Reminder:
Stuffing party, midway space.

Activities midway: rules issues discussed (grassy area outside;
recruiting out of booth area; noise complaints).  brians will email
rules to asa-exec because we want to see them.

Email courtesy rules discussed.

brians will talk to lnemzer about setting up asa discuss meetings.
