funding update- ODSUE finally paid us for the SAD
meeting with Roz Monday at 3p

request: funding for midway and SAD in a block in June.
will facilitate money management, streamline debt-paying.
asking for $10,000?

Midway will be partially funded by Orientation
(due to chair and table rental/shuttling)
Midway costs $2500, Orientation allocates $1500 to it.

new group issues-
Asian Athletic Association- fundraising would go towards
	non-athletic events- 
	they want a club so they can have financial autonomy.
presented well; justified Asian nomenclature- 
	discrimination?  tournament rule issues

recognition granted. brian will email- 
	constitution needs clarification.

MIT Demo Club-
tell them to contact Magc- MIT Animation Graphics Club
Lex will contact. either that or explain convincingly
their distinct purpose.

MIT Game Developers Club-
overlap?
ask them to clarify purpose- Lex will do it.

MIT First-
place to work? Walker empty office.
give temporary space allocation- AISES, Club Latino, and MIT Observer
never moved in to Walker space.
they will move in, using the combination.
groups have had a year and a half to move in, they haven't moved in,
too bad for them if they complain.


SMAC meeting
went well. good enough attendance.
concerns about space security, consolidation,
mice, messiness, couch
groups must go through stuff and label it by Dec 18
worried about Folk Dance Club... lots of stuff,
very disorganized.
combo change for December 1st
groups don't know they have stuff in there-
these groups need to be contacted.
groups that didn't show- should be chastised.
temp storage space in Walker
	stuff coming out of the SMAC- will go into Walker

Marching Band- ASA is advocate, they're talking directly
to Ted and Katie. deal is: kresge storage space

end of term-
Nov 30th is projected next meeting.
this will suck.
proposed: change meeting to two minimeetings:
one on the 30th *9pm*,
one on the 16th of December- *6pm* Thursday of finals week

future agenda: plan for January.

Jocelyn will be gone Jan 3rd- 15th-ish.
